Lighting design of the common areas and facade of a new residential building in San Floriano di Castelfranco Veneto, with a lighting intervention conceived to connect large terraces, architectural volumes, and access spaces.

The client’s goal was to give the building an elegant and recognizable presence through this lighting design project. Great attention was given to the main access staircase, where magnetic bars made by MKT Italia made it possible to create refined plays of light, adding depth and perceptual quality to the entire complex.

The facade and common areas are thus enhanced by a measured yet distinctive lighting, capable of highlighting the architecture and improving the daily experience of the residents.
